Cancellations

You may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before your order is shipped. Cancellations later than this might not be seen in time!

Cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Returns

We do not accept returns. If a package arrives damaged or not as described, email us and we will do everything we can to address the issue.
